Laura works mostly with single-family homes, turn-key properties and short-term-rentals (STRs) in Houston. She was able to easily connect with groups of buyers on Fractional looking for turn-key, cash-flowing properties with appreciation potential in the greater Houston area. Groups come to Fractional with general investment theses and we pair them with our trusted network of agents like Laura.
Laura closed on 15 homes in 6 months in 2021 with Fractional's buyers in Houston, Katy, Humble, Spring, Rosenberg, and Tomball. Our users are capital ready (thanks to co-funding and partnerships) and are ready to act quickly on available deals.
But as she always does, Laura has gone the extra mile. She has mentored many Fractional groups and helped them get comfortable with Houston STRs - a lucrative space where buyers gross around $5 - 10K in monthly rental income. As a local Houston investor herself, she provides unique insight in thinking through the different areas and opportunities. Laura has guided partnerships through every step of getting STRs up and running from analyzing numbers, to setting up the Airbnb (thinking through upgrades, property management, and differentiating the property) to coordinating the day-to-day STR operations such as bookings, cleanings, and communications.
Laura has fostered strong trust and confidence with the partnerships she’s mentored on Fractional. As these partnerships get more comfortable with investment projects, they have keen interest in undertaking more real estate investment deals with Laura.
